Privacy Policy

Fitrang (fitrang.com, and the Fitrang app) is run by Proxi Square ("we", "us"). This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. We keep it short because we collect only what the app needs to work.
What we collect
- Account details. Your name and email address. If you sign up with a password, we store only a secure hash of it, never the password itself.
- Google sign-in. If you choose "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address and profile picture with us. We use them only to create and sign you in to your Fitrang account.
- What you enter in the app. Meal plans and logged meals, foods and recipes, body measurements and weight, workouts, water, sleep and mood check-ins, goals and settings.
- Reminders. If you turn on notifications, your browser gives us a push subscription address so we can send the reminders you chose. We also store your time zone so reminders arrive at the right local time.
- Cookies. One session cookie keeps you signed in. We do not use advertising or tracking cookies.
How we use it
- To run the app: show your plan, log your day, calculate your progress, Discipline Score and streak.
- To send the reminders and emails you turned on (for example a password reset or the weekly digest).
- To keep the service secure and fix problems.
We do not sell your data, we do not show ads, and we do not use your data to train AI models.
Who can see your data
- You. Your diet, body and health entries are private to your account.
- Friends circles you join. Members of a circle can see only your name, Discipline Score, streak and workout count. Never your meals, weight or measurements.
- Service providers. The app and its database are hosted on Cloudflare. Emails are sent through an email delivery provider. They process data only to provide those services to us.
- The law. We may disclose data if we are legally required to.
Google user data
Fitrang's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We request only basic profile information (name, email, profile picture) and use it only for signing in.
Keeping and deleting your data
We keep your data while your account exists. You can ask us to delete your account and all its data at any time by emailing us from the address on your account. We delete it within 30 days, apart from anything we must keep by law.
Security
All traffic is encrypted with HTTPS. Passwords are stored as hashes. Access to the database is limited to the people who run Fitrang.
Children
Fitrang is not meant for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will update the date above. For important changes we will tell you in the app.
