These terms apply when you use Fitrang (fitrang.com and the Fitrang app), run by Proxi Square ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Fitrang, you agree to them.
The service
Fitrang helps you plan meals, log food, training, water, sleep and mood, and track your consistency. It is free to use. We may add, change or remove features over time.
Not medical advice
Fitrang gives general fitness and nutrition information. It is not medical advice and does not replace a doctor, dietitian or qualified coach. Nutrient values and body-fat figures are estimates. Talk to a professional before making big changes to your diet or training, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are under 18.
Your account
- Give accurate details and keep your password safe. You are responsible for what happens in your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to use Fitrang.
- You can stop using Fitrang and ask us to delete your account at any time.
Fair use
Do not misuse Fitrang: no attempts to break or overload the service, access other people's accounts, scrape data at scale, or use friends circles to harass anyone. We may suspend accounts that do.
Your content
What you enter stays yours. You let us store and process it only to run the app for you, as described in our Privacy Policy.
Food data
The food database combines several public sources, including Open Food Facts (available under the Open Database License) and national food composition databases. Values may contain errors; check labels where accuracy matters.
No warranty
Fitrang is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate, but we cannot promise it will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, Proxi Square is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of Fitrang, including any decisions you make about diet, training or health.
Changes
We may update these terms. If we do, we will change the date above, and for important changes we will tell you in the app. Continuing to use Fitrang means you accept the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of India.
